1. Subscription Cancellation
Easy Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your HisabMitra subscription at any time. When Cancellation Takes Effect: Upon initiating cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. This means that if you are on a monthly plan, your access will continue until the end of that month, and if you are on an annual plan, your access will continue until the end of the year. No further charges will be applied after the current billing period concludes.
No Refund for Remaining Period: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or as required by applicable law, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for any unused portion of your subscription period following cancellation. 2. Fixed Plan Refunds (Starting at 499₹)
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: For new customers subscribing to our Fixed Plan, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within the first seven (7) calendar days from your initial purchase date, you are not completely satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a full refund of your initial payment.
Eligibility: This 7-day refund is exclusively applicable to the very first purchase of the Fixed Plan by new HisabMitra users. It does not extend to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund under the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, you must contact our support team within seven (7) calendar days from your initial subscription start date. Please provide your account details, including your username or email address, and a clear explanation detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction. This feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our services.
Refund Processing: Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account can vary, typically ranging from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
3. Create Your Own Plan Refunds
No Refund Policy: Due to the highly customized nature of our Create Your Own Plan, where you have the autonomy to select specific applications, the number of users, and workspace configurations tailored to your unique business needs, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription has commenced. This policy is in place because the plan is built according to your specific choices.
Trial Period (If Applicable): In some instances, we may offer a trial period for the “Create Your Own Plan.” If a trial is offered, you can cancel at any point before the trial period concludes without incurring any charges. If you choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period ends, the no-refund policy outlined above will apply.
Exceptional Circumstances: While our standard policy is as stated, we acknowledge that rare and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund or account credit. Upgrading Your Plan: If you decide to upgrade your HisabMitra plan (for example, moving from the Fixed Plan to a “Create Your Own Plan,” or to a higher tier within either plan type), any fees associated with the upgrade will be charged immediately upon processing the upgrade. In some cases, you may receive a prorated credit for any unused portion of your previous plan, which will be applied to the cost of your upgrade. The specifics of any prorated credit will be communicated to you at the time of the upgrade.
Downgrading Your Plan: If you choose to downgrade your plan, the downgrade will typically take effect at the end of your current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds or credits for the remaining portion of the current billing period if you downgrade your plan mid-cycle. The changes to your plan and billing will be reflected in your next billing statement.
5. Payment Issues
Failed Payments: In the event that your payment method fails, we will notify you promptly, typically via email, and you will be required to update your payment information to maintain uninterrupted access to your HisabMitra subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HisabMitra if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe following the notification.
Recurring Billing: By subscribing to HisabMitra, you explicitly agree to our recurring billing policy. Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the agreed-upon intervals, which can be monthly or annually, depending on the subscription term you selected. Refund in Case of Our Cancellation: If we cancel your subscription for reasons other than your violation of our Terms of Service, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. However, if the cancellation is due to your breach of our terms, a refund will typically not be issued.
